Check out the latest update on the trailer on the kickstarter page WITH photos!
I’ve also been working away on more savor cake concoctions and here are some of my new favorites!
For Breakfast!
Shredded golden brown hashbrowns with scrambled eggs, bell peppers, broccoli, onions and ham! An awesome way to start the day and keep you full and energized! A fork is pictured with this savor cake but really we just ate them with our hands! The eggs hold everything together in a nice little package and one savor cake was MORE than enough to fill me up!
Sorry for the bad lighting on this one, it was a late night experiment (with breakfast nonetheless!) Shredded hashbrowns with a freshly cracked egg and a slice of bacon! My idea of a perfect breakfast but for on the go! I like mine with the egg still gooey so I can dip my toast in it. YUM YUM!!!
Lastly, what to do with ALL those leftover mashed potatoes and gravy from the holidays? Savor cakes of course!
These savor cakes were SO packed full of flavor! Each bowl of mashed potatoes had gravy and some chunks of turkey inside and we ate these for snacks pretty much daily! Super delicious! Will most definitely be a keeper for the cart.
I hope everyone is having a fabulous holiday! I’m working hard on renovating the cart now for phase two of the construction process (ie: steampunkification). I also promise to be getting out shirts/buttons/stickers etc ASAP. So sorry for the delay! I know many of you are eager to get your savor cake swag on!

One Response to Trailer Update and Savor Cake Yumminess
I just want you to know I have been following your progress – I was too late to donate to the fund raising. You are on my blog as I love your trailer – and I just discovered Steam Punk in December.
I want more updates and pictures.
And I wanted to tell you I make crescent roll cupcakes like tiny pot pies. (Sort of.) However, the biggest surprise was when I made a Tuna Pot Pie – wow so good they went really fast. I am sure it was on either the Pilsbury site or the Tuna site. Either way I wanted to let you know Tuna is a winner for small cakes!
